About Evans & Associates Consulting Corporation
Evans and Associates Consulting Corporation provides Leadership Training, Organizational Development, Coaching, Mentoring, Developmental and Evaluative Services, and Consultation to Government, Business, and Education agencies. We assist our clients in defining goals, setting objectives, and enhancing skills necessary for organizational excellence. We design appropriate training and develop strategies to help clients reach their desired outcomes.
Evans and Associates Consulting Corporation (EACC) was founded in 1989. Our training and consultation approach is based on a facilitation model in which we serve as guides and coaches of interactive learning, rather than professionals who lecture. We custom design programs to recognize different styles of learning and prepare clients for necessary changes to achieve success.

Our Personnel
Founder – Dr. Michael Evans
Dr. Michael Evans founded Evans and Associates in 1989 to become Evans and Associates Consulting Corporation LDS in 1998. Dr. Evans served in the United States Navy Seabees as a Civil Engineer for six years, transferring to a civilian job as a project manager managing union and non-union personnel. Dr. Evans, an alumnus of Syracuse University and the University of Sarasota, obtained his B.A. in Public Policy, M.S. in Education, MPA from the Maxwell School, and his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Behavioral Sciences.
Dr. Evans has certificates and/or certifications from Cape Cod Institute in Organizational Development, American Management Association, Myers-Briggs and various other training centers throughout Canada, Europe, and the United States. Dr. Evans is the recipient of the Navy-Marine Corp Medal for Heroism issued by the President of the United States of America and the Navy Achievement Medal issued by the United States Secretary of Defense.
Consultants
All of our consultants at EACC possess a Master’s degree or higher from accredited Universities and additionally have years of experience designing, conducting and evaluating training programs. Their work with government, corporations and educational institutions has assisted in the transformation of culture and a heightened readiness of personnel. Our consultants are located in different regions of the United States, making our availability and cultural understanding a perfect fit.
